What is Organic Kombucha Mother?

It is the Only Organic certified kombucha mushroom of Turkey's one and only Organic certified kambucha tea. Our organic kombucha tea is a probiotic beverage that is drunk cold and in its production, Fermente Mutfağım Organic Certified Apple Juice Concentrate is used instead of refined sugar. Organic Kombucha Mushroom is the natural kombucha mother that is formed on the cauldron during the production of our kombucha tea with the completely natural fermentation method.

What is organic Kombucha(Kombu Tea)?
Our handmade organic kombucha tea includes only; Organic Hemşin Tea, Fermente Mutfağım Organic Apple Juice Concentrate, drinking water and the mushroom of our previous kombucha tea. It contains a colony of bacteria and ferment responsible for initiating the fermentation process with sugar. At the end of fermentation, kombucha; Contains B vitamins, enzymes, probiotics and high concentrations of organic acids (acetic, gluconic and lactic). These bacteria are known as "cellulose-producing bacteria that act as a shield in the cell".

For some people; They find a satisfying, healthy alternative to the soda in Kambucha tea.

What is probiotic, what does it do?
Probiotics, literally "for life", are naturally found and develop in foods produced by fermenting. They are known as 'good' or 'friendly' bacteria because they compete against harmful bacteria for food and place, preventing them from settling in the intestine. Balance the intestinal flora, regulate the digestive system, improve the immune system depending on digestion; While they synthesize vitamins in the intestines, they increase the nutritional value by increasing the absorption of nutrients and vitamins contained in foods.

Our organic kombucha teaand of course Organic kombucha mother is a raw, living product.
Its color may not be clear as it is not pasteurized. In rare cases, sediment may accumulate at the bottom of the bottle.
Since it is not subjected to heat treatment, its gains and nutritional values from fermentation are not lost.

Usage areas
Organic kombucha mushroom probiotic is used as ferment in making naturally fermented tea.
-The preparation of our kombucha tea is the same as the classic kombucha preparation steps. The difference is that we use Fermente Mutfağım Organic Apple Juice Concentrate instead of refined sugar.

The second area of use is the skin mask. As a probiotic mask, it has a rejuvenating, purifying and nourishing effect on the skin.

-When used as a mask, firstly the skin is washed with our Fermente Mutfağım Artizan Soaps. Then the mask is placed on the skin and is kept for 5 minutes. Our Fermente Mutfağım Centaury Oily Cream is applied to the skin rinsed with water and massaged. It is useful to do it at least once a week.

Weight and Storage
It is in 600 ml glass bottle. You can store it in the refrigerator for 3 months with its mouth closed.

Gluten free. Production and filling are carried out in our private facility, which has no risk of cross contamination. It does not contain animal inputs, it is vegan.
